If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Account & Eligibility
To place an order on SparkCircuit, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or use the site under parental supervision
- Provide a valid email address and phone number for OTP verification
- Provide an accurate delivery address with correct PIN code
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST
- Prices do not include delivery charges (unless specified)
- Product images are for reference purposes; actual product may vary slightly
- Stock availability is subject to change; if a product is out of stock after order, we will refund fully
Orders & Payment
When you place an order on SparkCircuit:
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your unique Order ID (SPC-XXXXXXXX)
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking) or Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We do not store your payment details — all sensitive data is handled by Razorpay
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
Orders once confirmed cannot be modified. If you need changes, please cancel and place a new order.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment confirmation
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days across India
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499; ₹50 flat delivery charge below that
- We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India
- Delivery requires a valid ID and phone number at the time of delivery for COD orders
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee on damaged or defective products.
- Request a return within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof of the defect
- Replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or soldering will not be eligible
- Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
